How do I download and install my software?
Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an automated email containing your genuine license key and a direct, official download link from Intuit. Simply click the link, download the setup file, and enter your license key when prompted during the installation process.

Is this a subscription or a lifetime license?
The QuickBooks Desktop 2024 editions we sell are one-time purchases (non-subscription). You pay once and own the license for that specific 2024 version without any recurring monthly or annual fees.
What if I buy the wrong version? Can I exchange it?
Yes. As long as your license key has not been permanently locked to an Intuit account, we offer a 30-day window where you can return or exchange your software. For example, if you purchase the Windows version but needed Mac, we can quickly swap it for you.
How long does a refund take?
If your return is approved and the key is verified as deactivated, it takes 5-7 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method (PayPal, Credit Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).
